    You can start with our Developer plan, which is completely free and provides essential security scanning capabilities. This includes surface-level scanning for a single domain, port scanning, and secret detection. Simply sign up and you can begin scanning immediately without any payment information required.

  • What security tools and scanners are included?

    Our platform integrates multiple specialized security scanners:

    • Surface Scanner: Checks for exposed sensitive files and misconfigurations
    • Port Scanner: Identifies open ports and potential network vulnerabilities
    • Secret Scanner: Detects exposed API keys, credentials, and sensitive data
    • Web Server Scanner: Analyzes web server security headers and configurations
    • Directory Scanner: Discovers hidden directories and potential entry points

  • How can I switch my subscription between plans?

    You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to additional features. When downgrading, your current features will remain active until the end of your billing period. All plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no long-term commitment required. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. For annual subscriptions, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused months.

  • Is there an additional discount when paid annually?

    Yes, we offer a 15% discount on all paid plans when billed annually. The Team plan is reduced from $26 to $22 per month, and the Business plan from $80 to $68 per month when paid annually. This represents significant savings while maintaining access to all features.

  • What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

    If you don't renew your paid subscription, your account will automatically revert to the free Developer plan. You'll maintain access to basic security scanning features but will lose access to advanced features like authenticated scanning, team collaboration, and integrations. Your historical scan data will be preserved for 30 days.

  • What kind of payment methods do you provide?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and support payment via PayPal. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoice-based billing with net-30 terms. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor.
